AI Concept & Scoping

Conversational & Interaction Design
This is where we craft the conversational flows and interaction patterns. We map out the user’s journey, focusing on potential points of failure to build a robust and reliable user experience.

‘Wizard of Oz’ Prototyping
Before writing a single line of code, we test and validate the AI’s logic using human-simulated prototypes. This allows for rapid iteration and ensures the core interaction is sound.

Minimum Viable AI Product
We design the core Human-AI Interaction (HAI) loop, focusing on building an interface that communicates the AI’s reasoning. We also integrate feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the system.
